KAC Associates contribute a wide range of skills and talents to our projects. Associates are experienced at working at all levels – both domestically and internationally. Most have direct experience of working at a senior level with governmental and international, multi-lateral organisations, such as the EC, WHO, UNODC, UNAIDS, UNICEF, GFATM, the World Bank and international public health, donors and funders, and development and human rights NGOs.

Those engaged on service review and development have high level experience in the operation and management of substance use services, both within NGOs and statutory frameworks. All have experience working on national, regional and international network development and an understanding of brokerage and advocacy, political lobbying and working with diverse populations and audiences.Those engaged in research have an internationally recognised record of achievement in their field and an understanding of the workings of research funding agencies, international collaborative networks, governmental agencies and NGOs.

Cinzia Brentari has a professional education in law and criminology. She is an experienced freelance project manager and has worked with EU funds in the social sector, both within the European institutions and for NGOs, charities and universities in different EU countries and internationally.
